Ray-Mont Logistics is a dynamic organization focused on becoming the essential link in the international business logistics supply chain. We provide various operational logistics services such as loading, transportation and storage of surplus products.

OPPORTUNITIES:

Right now, Ray-Mont is looking to create another full shift of full time, permanent employees, as soon as possible, to support our growth. The shift will be 4 days on and 3 days off schedule, consecutively. 12 hour shifts from 5am to 5pm OR 5pm to 5am To clarify, the employee will work 4 days in a row, and then the employee will get 3 days off to rest.

Bulk Plant Operators will responsible for;

• Conduct mobile equipment inspections;
• Confirm shift loading goals with supervisor and team members;
• Complete pre-loading computer tasks (assign container, arrange for assigned container to be placed on scale;
• Complete transloading and post-loading;
• Operate support machinery (bulk loading equipment, bobcat, toyota forklift, cat forklift, clark loader, monster);　

Packaging Plant Operators will be responsible for;

• Locate and lay out prescribed bags.
• Arrange for container to be placed on bogey scale.
• Collect necessary bagging materials.
• Receive production instructions from the Bulk and Bagging Supervisor.
• Review loading instructions.
• Confirm loading plan with Bulk and Bagging Supervisor.
• Confirm shift loading goals with Supervisor and team members.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met or exceeded by the Hanger.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met or exceeded by the Loader
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met or exceeded by the Sewer.
• Prepare for shift transition/shutdown.
• Provide completed bonus sheets and loading sheets with attached scale tickets to your supervisor.
• Report any down-time caused by mechanical failure
• Report to Bulk and Bagging Supervisor if shift goals are not met and provide reasons.
