Job Description

We are currently recruiting an Administrator and Client Services Coordinator to join our team full-time.

Key Tasks

Reporting to the Vice President, Business Development, you will be responsible for:

● Assisting with day to day client transactions including invoicing, subscription purchases and basic client services.

● Managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as internal expenses.

● Updating transaction records and working collaboratively with team members on other financial and client reporting.

● Supporting basic digital operations for clients including uploading creative and producing basic client reports.

● Working collaboratively with the Business Development team and Chief Technology Officer to support client services and other business development projects.

● Other relevant administrative duties.

Qualifications

● Experience handling basic invoices and financial transactions.

● High level of interpersonal skills, good communication skills, good judgment and good problem-solving abilities.

● Proficient in computer skills, experience with Stripe, QuickBooks and Google Suite an asset.

● Exceptional attention to detail and superb organizational abilities.

● Ability to adapt to and support changing organizational needs.

● Self-starter and problem solver.

● Accounting / Business degree an asset

● Interest in politics and journalism is an asset.
