You will set up embedded Linux systems (if you know Yocto it is an asset);

You will do embedded Linux programming and microcontroller programming in the C language;

You will develop cellular modems;

You will participate in the development in an Agile team;

You will participate in product failure investigations;

You will develop test plans to validate firmware versions and products;

You will write FW product documentation.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant education related to this job opportunity ;

At least 3 years experience in a similar role;

Comfortable working in a Linux environment;

Experience with a Linux build system;

Experience with software architecture design;

Experience with GIT versioning;

Ability to read electrical schematics;

Knowledge of hardware communication protocols: SPI, UART, USB and I2C;

Knowledge of Python and Bash programming languages ;

Knowledge of Cmake and Gcc.

Assets:Experience compiling with Docker ;Yocto, Buildroot
