Medical Office Assistant

***Memorial Avenue Medical Clinic is searching for an energetic and enthusiastic office assistant with good interpersonal skills, compassion and a high level of respect for confidentiality.

**Job Purpose:

First line of contact with the patients, the public and other care providers.

Answering the phone, booking appointments, relaying messages to patients as directed by the doctor.

Working in collaboration with other medical and allied healthcare providers.

Checking-in patients on arrival and directing them accordingly .

Maintaining examination rooms  and procedure rooms in order.

Maintaining  inventory stock supply and placing orders as needed.

Fully computerized office therefore basic computer knowledge is essential .
