Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently hiring full-time Bilingual Remote Customer Loyalty Associates to work for a reputable contact center, from anywhere within Atlantic Canada. If you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, this is the job for you!

Pay rate: $22 / hour

Location: Remote; anywhere within Atlantic Canada

Job type: Full-time; Temporary

Shifts: Rotational 8-hour shifts between 8 AM and12:30 AM, Monday-Sunday

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting customers with all aspects of their loyalty programs including balance inquiries, navigation help, and account troubleshooting via calls and emails

Educating customers about the benefits of program membership

Being an enthusiastic ambassador for brands you represent

Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a high-touch customer service role is considered an asset

Effective written and verbal communication skills fluently in both French and English

Proven ability to multitask and work across a variety of platforms

Demonstrated ability to parse and simplify complex information

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside within Atlantic Canada
