Adecco is currently hiring several temporary full-time Bilingual (ENG/FR) Inbound Customer Service Professionals for our top banking client for locations in Saint John, NB and Halifax, NS. Our client is a large, reliable, and reputable organization within the financial services industry. Are you a critical thinker with good problems solving skills? Pay rate: $25.00/hour

Location: Saint John, NB OR Halifax, NS (hybrid role (1 day in the office / 4 days' remote, subject to change)

Shifts: Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Or Tuesday to Saturday 11:00am to 7:00pm. Evening shifts are available if preferred by candidate - Mon to Fri 1:00pm - 9:00pm

Responsibilities:

Provide a high level of service to external and internal clients in explaining claims procedures and coverage and offer clear and complete information based on client needs

Record the accident or loss situation into the system with accurate and detailed information to determine the cause of loss, bodily injury, accident benefits and extensive property damage exposure

Identify appropriate services required by the client for example, emergency services, appraisal, rental vehicle, towing services etc.

Take appropriate action to complete various insurance claims transactions

Collaborate with other departments to ensure missing policies are offered to clients

Proactively work to identify and correct customer issues, resolve customer complaints and concerns, and coordinate with other staff and departments as required

Requirements and Qualifications:

Successful completion of high school required post-secondary education preferred

Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer service/call center environment/ or an admin role highly preferred

Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal) mandatory

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Tech Savvy and a quick learner (able to learn a new software tool and navigate comfortably)

Ability to interpret the standard automobile policy and residential policy wordings is considered an asset

Previous Insurance industry experience desired

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong multi-tasking and interpersonal skills

A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
