Overview
As a Partnership Specialist , you will be leading sales within our new tenant referral program though outbound calling activities from designated lead lists. Selling Fibe TV, Internet, Home

Phone, Smart Home and Mobility to residential users, you will be fully equipped to prospect and acquire new customers representing one of the most critical sales teams within the company and backed by one of Canada's most iconic brand and elite line of residential products.

The team is seeking individuals who are self-motivated, results-driven and passionate about providing customers the best customer experience and products available on the market.

  • What you will do:
  • Establish contact with new and existing customers to drive sales
  • Understand the customer's needs and objections
  • Appeal to your inner problem solver to overcome objections
  • Propose available packages and/or services tailored to the customers' needs
  • In certain cases, resolve the dissatisfaction of former clients and gain back their trust in the product
  • Ensure the highest level of satisfaction of the customers at all times
  • Walk the consumer through the benefits analysis, customized to the feedback they provide
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Adapt to the consistently changing world of technologies
  • Maintain healthy relationships with partners in order to sustain the brand's image

  • Critical Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience with emphasis on providing a good customer service.
  • Good knowledge of telecommunication services
  • Strong sales skills, particularly in prospecting, outbound calling and relationship development
  • Extensive knowledge of Bell and competitor services in the residential market.
  • Experience with the MS Office software
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Autonomous and performance driven mindset

  • Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • 2 years sales experience
