Financial Analyst, Management Reporting (Consolidation)

We are looking for a new professional with a specialization in management reporting to join our finance team. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of financial planning, management reporting and information systems experts in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Participate in the month-end and financial planning process by consolidating narratives and preparing presentations for the CFO and executive committees.

Participate in the preparation of MD&A.

Carry out analysis on various financial and transactional reports, as well as summarize and present complex information in powerful management reports.

Propose and lead improvements in financial management analysis and reporting.

Collaborate on the optimization of financial planning methodologies and systems.

Be the management reporting reference for the CFO and Corporate VP.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

A bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Curiosity combined with an excellent ability to make connections and attention to detail.

A strong grasp of and interest in financial planning and information systems.

The ability to adapt, autonomy and a positive attitude.

The ability to work with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Excellent computer skills and good command of Excel (mandatory); knowledge of TM1 or SAP would be an asset.
